How Much Does a Pool Cost?

Our complete gunite pools can start as low as $22,000, but $29,000 to $45,000 is most common after homeowners select the size and features they wish for their pool.

How do we pay for the Pool?

Most homeowners find a significant tax advantage and interest advantage by obtaining a home equity loan through their bank. Sun Springs Pools can recommend an institution if you don’t have one.

Your pay schedule will be as follows:

  1. 20% deposit upon finalizing the contract agreement.
  2. 25% when the excavation is done.
  3. 30% when the gunite work is done.
  4. 20% when the decking is complete and…
  5. 5% when all the work has been completed as per the agreement and to your satisfaction.
